My version of Rochester's Liberty Pole. I missed it so much I tried to re-create it!!! The tallest Christmas Light Feature on Windward Parkway. It's amazing how many people ask "How do you get to the top of the flagpole to attach the lights?" (Hint - how do you get a flag to the top of a flagpole???)
